Rossen Milanov is appointed the Music Director of Orquesta Sinfornica del Principado de Asturias in Oviedo, Spain

One of the best hotel restaurants in the USA!  While in Columbus I simply marveled at the chef’s skills in the downtown Renaissance Hotel signature restaurant!  Don’t miss the fois gras torchon and the crispy fried Brussels sprouts with garlic chips!
